Quang Ha
Operations Success Manager
Ha is Integral Media’s Operations Success Manager, overseeing SEO delivery across every client account and leading the company’s Hanoi-based team.
What he does
Ha turns client strategy into coordinated SEO delivery. He manages the people, priorities and workflows behind content creation, technical SEO and the wider range of work needed to improve clients’ organic performance. He also helps integrate AI into the team’s processes, using it to increase efficiency and strengthen the quality and consistency of what clients receive.
How he works
Ha brings structure to a discipline with many moving parts. He establishes clear ownership, keeps projects moving and makes sure that strategy becomes completed work rather than remaining a list of recommendations. His approach combines careful quality control with a practical willingness to test better tools and methods, while keeping the team focused on the outcomes that matter to each client.
Beyond work
Outside work, Ha enjoys playing pool and video games, both of which appeal to his competitive and strategic side. Most importantly, he values spending time with his family.
