Terms of Service

Integral Media provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
• Google Ads Management (PPC)
• Web Design and Development
• Digital Marketing Strategy

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to clients.

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for us to perform services
• Respond to communications and requests in a timely manner
• Grant necessary access to accounts, platforms, and systems as required
• Pay invoices within the agreed payment terms
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Integral Media and protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Content: You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to us. By providing content, you grant us a licence to use it for the purpose of delivering our services.

Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created specifically for you (such as website designs and custom content) become your property upon full payment.

• Fees for services will be outlined in proposals or service agreements
• Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed
• We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods
• Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 2% per month
• We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts

Unless otherwise specified in writing:

• Our services operate on a month-to-month basis
• Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
• You will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date
• We do not charge cancellation fees or penalties for early termination

This reflects our commitment to earning your business through results, not contracts.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, or outcomes
• Our services depend on third-party platforms (such as Google) whose policies may change

Digital marketing involves inherent uncertainties, and past results do not guarantee future performance.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This includes:

• Business strategies and plans
• Client lists and data
• Pricing and financial information
• Technical processes and methods

This obligation continues after termination of services.

In the event of a dispute:

1. We will first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation
2. If unresolved, the parties may agree to mediation
3. If still unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victoria, Australia

We are committed to fair and transparent resolution of any concerns.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
