What she does
Vicki helps shape Integral Media’s strategic direction, leading the business strategy, legal and commercial initiatives that underpin the agency’s growth. She oversees legal, commercial and strategic projects with a focus on practical solutions that make a real impact, and is a strong advocate for smarter ways of working, including using AI to help businesses become more efficient and effective.
Experience & background
Her background spans law, risk management, business strategy and digital marketing, with over 15 years advising businesses across a wide range of industries. That mix lets her move comfortably between legal, commercial and strategic decision-making, and translate complex challenges into clear, workable outcomes.
Beyond work
Working alongside her husband, Alex, in both business and life gives her a unique perspective on building a company together and supporting clients as a team. Vicki loves solving problems and helping businesses turn big ideas into practical outcomes, and says no two days are ever the same, which is the part of the role she enjoys most. Outside work she is a proud mum who values time with family, is always learning something new, and enjoys building genuine relationships with clients and seeing their businesses succeed.
