JJ is Integral Media’s Co-Founder and Director of Innovation. His experience spans SEO, web development, hosting, digital strategy and automation, built on three decades of hands-on curiosity about computers and technology.

What he does

JJ explores how emerging technology can improve the way Integral Media delivers results. He develops AI-assisted workflows, automation and technical systems that connect research, strategy and execution across the agency. He also helps the team build the practical knowledge needed to solve harder problems independently and deliver consistently across a growing client portfolio.

How he works

JJ is driven by experimentation and evidence. He tests different tools, models and approaches, compares their outcomes and keeps refining until the result is both reliable and useful. His instinct is to understand the system behind a problem rather than repeatedly patching its symptoms. He believes technology should remove unnecessary work, make expertise easier to share and give people more time for thoughtful decisions.

Beyond work

JJ’s interest in technology began with debugging MS-DOS computers and games around thirty years ago and has never really stopped. Outside the agency, he continues experimenting with emerging technology and new business ideas, including systems to support his family’s healthy Thai food business. He is motivated by building things that create lasting opportunities for the people around him.
