Alex works across SEO, Google Ads, digital strategy, social and AI-powered marketing, and sets the strategic direction for the agency and its client partnerships. His focus has stayed constant throughout his career: elevating brands and turning digital into a dependable engine for growth.

How he leads

He founded Integral Media on a simple conviction: a successful business starts with a collaborative, motivated team that genuinely enjoys their work, because that is what consistently delivers results for clients. It is why the agency is built around transparency, accountability and long-term partnerships rather than lock-in contracts and short-term wins. Alex leads the agency alongside his wife, Vicki Morrison, Integral Media’s Managing Director of Strategy & Legal.

Beyond work

Away from the office, Alex is a husband to Vicki and a dad to three boys, balancing a busy career with family life. He is a strong believer in health and fitness, in working on mental clarity, and in ongoing personal development. They are the same principles he brings to leading and growing his team.
